Cheetah Yajnesh shetty gets prestigious ‘US Martial Arts Hall Of Fame’ award

Mumbai, July.12: Martial arts trainer Yajnesh Shetty, the bollywood action master has bagged the prestigious ‘United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame’ award. Professor Marty Cale, the Hall of Fame Director announced the award and Yajnesh Shetty, popularly known as Cheetah is the first Indian to get this award.

Yajnesh Shetty has trained many actors-actresses in the bollywood and now by winning this award he has become a proud son of Tulu-Kannadigas. The award ceremony was held at St. Louis, Missourie Sheraton City Central Hall, but Shetty could not attend the ceremony and his master Richard Bustillo, who is a disciple of Bruce Lee, received the award.

Yajnesh Shetty has trained more than 100 film stars and has taught the art of self defence to a dozen international stars. Also more than 1000 women have received training from him.

“I had never dreamt of receiving US Martial Arts Hall of Fame. I feel proud because I was selected among more than 100 nominations. I dedicate this award to my family and my trainers” said, Yajnesh Shetty.

He also said, “I could not have achieved these much without my master Richard Bustilo. The sad thing is that due to some reasons I could not attend the programme. My aim is to take Martial arts to a different level”
