CONDUCTING QUARTERLY TEST AND EXAMS

The main objective of learning and practicing martial arts is self defense. So it is obvious that this aspect and area has been put first. Under self defense I teach various kinds of punches and blocks. Different kind of kicks, sweeps, throws, grapping, ground control, formation of fighting methods, precautions, body falls, conducting test and exams every quarterly.

During the curriculum the belt grading would be every 3-6 months duration.

 

 

School Curriculum

Chitah JKD is not just an institution to learn Martial Arts but it’s beyond that. The learners get to have a larger than life experience after getting associated with CJKD training. The Chitah JKD module inculcates self confidence, self esteem, self discipline, respect, concentration and courtesy. The mental and physical exercises involved in the training contribute to building up of sportsmanship qualities among the learners. People may know this, but martial art is the safest mode of sports. Children with special needs such as ADD (attention deficit disorder), learning difficulty and hyperactivity are recommended to join Chitah JKD because of the lifetime benefit of its structured training technique. Its unique training program with its technique and strategies gives empowerment to children and lifelong success. Martial art learners are calm and composed and believe only in violence with reason. It helps increasing immunity, blood circulation, stress reduction, and cures common and perennial day to day health issues such as blood pressure, arthritis, migraine and chronic pain. People can stay ‘evergreen’- forever young by learning martial art. This is a primary reason which would convince most of the people to opt for martial art. Besides that there is also the option of becoming a martial art instructor by utilizing Chitah JKD teachings.
