He is a martial arts expert, acorrding to him and I also believe that every person to gain concentration, to do meditation and to be fit martial arts is a must. He has this new techniques for which he is very famous for his different different hand movements and kicks. So its more about meditation its a kind of yoga and if the body becomes stiff due to excessive wait training then it provides you with flexibility. And with Yajnesh Shetty I have trained alot and I told him to train me more so that I become an expert in martial arts.”
